Global law firm Freshfields has announced the promotion of 40 new Counsel, effective 1 May 2025. 

A U.S. litigation team led by David Livshiz, Boris Feldman and Nicholas Caselli secured a precedential victory and obtained a complete dismissal, with prejudice, for Palantir in a multibillion-dollar securities class action.
